Ready. Set. Launch!

Let’s Build This Sh*t

(an 8-12 Week Launch Program)

You’ve got the vision, but now it’s time to make it real.
Ready. Set. Launch. is an 8–12 week business launch build for founders who are serious about doing it right the first time. I’ll act as your fractional GM—helping you build the brand, systems, experience, and launch strategy you need to actually get your business off the ground.

You’ll save yourself weeks of Googling, months of second-guessing, and thousands of dollars in do-overs—because someone who’s built real businesses is building yours with you every step of the way.
This is how you skip the overwhelm, avoid costly mistakes, and finally launch with confidence.

What You’ll Get:

  • Sails to Success & Branding Blueprint workshops to start with clarity and build the foundation

  • Weekly 60-minute 1:1 strategy sessions

  • Up to 10 hours/week of back-end implementation

  • A milestone-based roadmap that keeps you focused and moving

  • Strategic execution across brand, systems, marketing, and experience

  • Support from someone who knows what works—and what to avoid

What We’ll Build Together:

  • Full brand identity (logo, colors, voice, positioning)

  • Website, email marketing, and booking/POS set up

  • Systems, automations, and software that simplify your life

  • Service & pricing structure

  • Customer experience and retention flow

  • Signage, menu design, and print materials (if applicable)

  • Space layout + vibe design (for physical locations)

  • Launch timeline, event planning, and marketing strategy

Perfect For:

  • First-time founders or solo entrepreneurs

  • Service-based businesses in hospitality, beauty, wellness, fitness, etc.

  • Business owners ready to open a space, launch a new offer, or bring their vision to life

  • People who need more than a cheerleader—they need a business builder

How It Works:

  1. Apply to work together and complete a quick intake form

  2. We kick off with the Sails to Success + Branding Bootcamp workshops to set the vision and strategy

  3. Weekly check-ins to review priorities, make decisions, and keep things moving

  4. I handle up to 10 hours/week of backend work—executing the things that matter most, while you focus on what you're best at

  5. You’ll still be involved where it makes sense—but I’m here to carry the load and fill the gaps

  6. You launch with confidence, clarity, and a setup that actually works.
